Age Limit For the posts og counselor in J&K High Court:
The candidates are having age as on 01.01.2020I. Not below 18 years; and
II. Not above:
a) 40 years in case of General Category candidates.
b) 42 years in case of SC/ST/RBA/ ALC/OSC candidates.
c) 42 years in case of Physically Challenged candidates.
d) 48 years in case of Ex-Servicemen.
e) 40 years in case of candidates already in Government Service/Contractual employees.
Other Conditions for the posts of Counselor
1. The candidates shall possess the prescribed academic/ professional qualifications and fulfill all other above mentioned eligibility conditions on or before the last date of submission of the application forms i.e 18.07.2020. (Now Extended Upto 28-07-2020).4. The candidates shall have to deposit a fee of Rs. 350/= in the shape of bank draft in the name of Principal Secretary to Hon'ble the Chief Justice , High Court of J&K at Jammu drawn on any branch of Jammu & Kashmir Bank and payable at Srinagar/J ammu.
5. The candidates shall submit their duly filled up application forms in the office of concerned Principal District Judge during the office hours.
NOTE:
a) The number of vacancies may increase or decrease depending on their availability at the time of selection.
b) Any wrong or incorrect information furnished by the candidates shall lead to the rejection of his/her candidature at any stage without notice.
c) Qualification acquired after the last date of submission of the application forms shall not be taken into consideration.
d) The application forms shall be received by the concerned Pr. District Judges of the Union Territory of J&K within whose jurisdiction the applicant resides against a duly stamped proper receipt.
e) Pr. District Judges shall make necessary arrangements for receiving the application forms.
f) Incomplete application forms or application forms delivered after the last date shall not be entertained.
