Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the results of Indian Administrative Services (IAS) preliminary examination 2016. UPSC prelims 2016 result, IAS result (pre) were announced at the official website for the exam held on August 7. UPSC said that the result of the civil services examination 2016 have been announced and the roll numbers of the candidates who have qualified for the Mains examination have been provided in the PDF. Reportedly, 15,445 managed to qualify the UPSC prelims 2016
UPSC IAS pre result 2016 has been announced, the candidates who cleared the examination would have to appear for the Main examination that will take place in December 2016. UPSC will conduct the mains exam from December 3rd. The e-admit cards for mains would be issued two weeks before the exam date.
Candidates may check the results for the IAS prelims exam held on August 7, 2016. Only the roll numbers of qualified candidates is given in the PDF. If a candidates can not find his/her roll number in the list (kindly check withheld candidates’ list too), that means he has not cleared the examination.
