Jammu & Kashmir High Court invites application from the Eligible Advocates for the post of District Judge Through Direct Recruitment. The details are as follows:

- Applicant must possess a degree in Law from a recognized University established by Law in India and recognized as such by the Bar Council of India.
- Applicant must be a practicing Advocate in Courts of civil and criminal jurisdiction and must have been in actual practice for a period of not less than seven years as on the last date of the receipt of application.
- Applicant must be proficient in reading and writing Urdu.
Age Limits:
- Applying candidates must have attained the age of 35 years and not above the age of 45 years.
- Reservation in age will be provided to deserving candidates as according to norms of organization.
Pay Scale: Rs. 51550-1230-58930-1380-63070.
Fees Payment:
Application fee Shall be paid in the name of Registrar General, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir drawn on any Branch of Jammu and Kashmir Bank and payable at Jammu.
Unreserved category appliers: Rs. 1000/-
Reserved category candidates: Rs. 700/-
Selection Procedure:
On the basis of competitive examination and Viva-voce examination, organization will choose eligible contenders for required vacancies.
